With a congregation that dates back to a small group meeting in 1856, Eastminster Presbyterian Church is one Pittsburgh's most historic and community-involved churches.
Their mission is to proclaim the gospel of Jesus Christ by word and by deeds of mercy and justice so that people of varied backgrounds may put their faith in Him, become faithful worshippers of God, grow to maturity in the church's fellowship, and become active in the church's ministry and mission, loving God with all their hearts and their neighbors as themselves.
The church building is a handsome, historic stone structure featuring an impressive tower and arched entryways.
