Located in Sewickley's Nickelodeon Mall, Yoga In Sewickley is a yoga studio that is spacious yet serene and quiet --- there are no mirrors in the room in order to encourage a non-competitive atmosphere.

A large variety of yoga classes are offered. Their three experienced instructors are registered with Yoga Alliance and provide a friendly and safe environment to all levels of students.

The Nickelodeon Mall is housed in a former movie theater, which was opened in 1913 and continued to screen films through the 1970s.
