Bruster's Ice Cream is a franchise chain of ice cream parlors, whose ice cream and frozen yogurt is made from a pre-made mix at each individual store. It was founded in 1989 in Bridgeville, Pennsylvania by Bruce Reed.

Bruster's philosophy is very simple. They believe that ice cream is one of life's great, simple pleasures that can be shared with family and friends of all ages.

Like most Brusters outlets, this store in suburban Ingomar is an attractive red and white structure with walk-up service windows and surrounded by the parking lot of a strip mall. They offer a variety of ice cream, frozen yogurt, smoothies, sundaes, splits, shakes, blasts, ice cream cakes as well as pies and other specialty items. Bruster's also offers several flavors of no-sugar-added-fat-free ice cream.

Events are sometimes held around the store, including fundraisers.
