Description
A small town of 9,000 people at the northern end of Allegheny County, Richland began as a simple log cabin built in 1800.
Richland operates an 80-acre community park that features picnic pavilions, playground equipment, a basketball court, a baseball diamond, hiking trails, and a sand volleyball court.
The park also has a barn that is used for community events from April to October.
