Begun in Portland in 1979, McCormick & Schmick's is a national chain of upscale casual-dining seafood restaurants.

Each McCormick & Schmick's restaurant is uniquely designed to create an inviting, original and relaxed atmosphere. There is not a corporate blueprint for restaurant architecture; rather each property dictates the layout. Whether overlooking the water, under a wheelhouse chandelier or with original artwork found in a more than 100-year-old dining room, each restaurant has its own style and ambiance.

The downtown restuarant is located in Piatt Place, which provides a unique opportunity to live, work, shop, dine and enjoy life's finer comforts, all within the same address.

The building features 65 luxury condominiums, office space and retail space. The building management and its tenants sometimes hold events open to the general public.

Hours of operation

Sunday, 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.; Monday through Friday, 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.; and Saturday, 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Parking

Piatt Place has its own underground parking lot and the restaurant offers valet parking after 5:00 p.m.
