Located roughly 10 minutes from downtown Pittsburgh, and serving the boroughs of Ben Avon, Ben Avon Heights, and Emsworth, along with Kilbuck and Ohio townships, Avonworth School District truly is large enough to matter, yet small enough to care.

The Avonworth High School complex, comprised of grades 9-12, is a contemporary building quietly nestled between the district's all-weather turf football, track and field area and a professional grade multi-purpose baseball/softball field.

Hours of operation

Classrooms are open weekdays, 7:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. during the school year.
