Description

PNC Firstside Center is an environmentally friendly, modern office building for 1,800 support service professionals working for the PNC Financial Services Group.

Founded in 1852 under a different name, the PNC Financial Services Group operates a regional banking network and specializes financial programs for businesses.

PNC Firstside Center was built on a brownfield site. The modern, 5-story building is dominated by big, bright windows. That openness is brought into the building through the floor plan and natural light. Staff and visitors often enjoy the cafe, a comfortable and welcoming cafeteria.

Adjacent to the building is a 1.5 acre park offering an attractive oasis in an urban setting.

The park features bronze stepping stones, animated figures, and ornamental plants including perennials, ferns and day lillies.

Hours of operation

The building is in constant, 24-hours a day use, although public access may be limited.

The park is typically open during daylight hours.

Parking

The park has both indoor and outdoor parking.
