Vincentian Fields is a community sports complex consisting of seven baseball and softball fields, two concession stands, bathrooms and a soccer field. The Vincentian Sisters Of Charity have graciously make it available for use by the youth of McCandless Township and surrounding communities.
The Vincentian Sisters Of Charity was founded in 1902 by five Catholic nuns who placed their lives in the hands of a loving God as they accepted the call to leave Austria-Hungary and travel to Braddock, Pennsylvania. Today, the organization provides a variety of services to persons of all ages. These include the Vincentian Child Care Center, Vincentian Academy and Vincentian Fields.
Actual management of the complex is in the hands of the McCandless Athletic Association (MCAA).
