Named after prominent mid-19th century Pittsburgh area judge Charles Shaler, the town was originally formed in 1847. It has many interesting and historic buildings.
Monday through Thursday, 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Saturday, 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Parking is available behind the library.
