The well-equipped studio and certified Pilates instructor, Lisa Sentner, helps individuals improve body wellness through the principles of the Pilates method of exercise. They offer fitness programs around your schedule & budget, and we care about your commitment to maintain life-long health and physical movement.
The studio is located in rented space inside the Bodies R Us health club.
Up Stretch is open Monday through Thursday, 9:00 a.m. to Noon and 5:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.; Friday & Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to Noon
Free, on-site parking is available.
