Description

Whittier's focus is on achieving academic excellence while developing personal responsibility with programs and activities including a mentoring program, peer tutoring, school beautification project, instrumental music, chorus, technology lab, Early Intervention, Title I Schoolwide Project, family math, read aloud, Student of the Month, Whittier Pride day, Principal's monthly birthday parties, intervention services (Mercy Behavioral Health), intramural sports, chess club, attendance and report card awards.
