Concord is a neighborhood school with two classes at each grade level except Grade 1 (three classes).
A rigorous curriculum is implemented, particularly in the areas of reading and math. A dedicated, professional staff is the strong point of the school.
Students can be involved in Title I and Instructional Support Team programs, Learning Support, speech and language therapy, gifted support and FamilyLinks.
Other offerings include Chess Club, Opera Academy Partnership, Waterford and Read 180 computer programs, SECTEM (energy conservation) and safety patrol.
An Educational Assistance Program is provided three days a week after school for students who strive to be proficient.
Classes are held during the school year weekdays, 8:00 a.m. to 2:36 p.m.
