Arsenal Elementary School

Description

Arsenal Elementary School provides a strong academic environment that focuses on developing the whole child. Students participate in a hands-on Science program, the Waterford Early Reading Program in the primary grades and Everyday Math.

To further enhance the educational program, Arsenal is equipped with a comprehensive computer lab. A wealth of activities and programs are available to the students, including an after school tutoring program, instrumental music, chorus, and book club. A Reading First literacy coach and curriculum coach are provided to support the Arsenal faculty. Because of its diverse student population, Arsenal’s curriculum includes a strong English as a Second Language Program.
