The YWCA Of Westmoreland County calls home the former Huff Mansion, an historic house with beautiful woodwork and an impressive pedigree.
Their mission is to create opportunities for women and girls to lead purposeful lives and strive for a community that values diversity.
The YWCA Of Westmoreland County offers over 60 different programs. Preschool, before and after-school childcare and summer day camp are offered for children ranging in age from 3 to 14. The YWCA is also home to the Westmoreland County Literacy Program in which non-reading adults are taught the English language and where non-English speaking people can learn the English language. The YWCA also offers computer classes, wellness classes such as yoga, tai chi and cooking; and operates a thrift shop.
Weekdays, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
