Description

A member of the Presbyterian Church USA, the Fox Chapel Presbyterian Church was founded in 1953 with the mission of "helping people of all ages become mature disciples of our Lord Jesus Christ."

Presbyterians trace their history to the 16th century and the Protestant Reformation. This heritage, and much of what they believe, began with John Calvin (1509-1564), whose writings crystallized much of the Reformed thinking that came before him. Presbyterians are often very progressive in their approach to theological and social issues.

Housed in a handsome brick building with a 750-seat sanctuary and a Fellowship Hall, the Fox Chapel Presbyterian Church often holds events for the general public.

The church also operates a preschool for 125 students.
