Southbridge Emergency Medical Service is a non-profit organization that serves the communites of Bridgeville, South Fayette Township, Collier Township in Allegheny County, and Cecil Township in Washington County.

The service's center on Hickory Grade Road is a contemporary white brick building housing staff, equipment and space for classes and lectures.

The office is open weekdays, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
