Led by guitarist/vocalist Stuart Murdoch, this Scottish band blends folk-rock and '60s pop to create gorgeous, delicate melodies sound full-bodied.

The band's name comes from "Belle et Sébastien", a 1965 children's book by French writer Cécile Aubry (1928-2010).
