The restaurant's resident disc jockey, Juan Diego, joins local disc jockey collective Pandemic to collide and create a mish mash --- one might say goulash --- of global sounds.

Both will throw down their best tracks of global bass, including cumbias, bhangras, gypsy brass, afrobeats, popfolk, ethnoteck and dance music from far out distant lands
