Global Challenges & Local Impacts: HIV/AIDS
Union Project  [ venue info ]
2/21/2013 6pm

Join Global Solutions Pittsburgh, local experts and community members for a panel discussion about HIV/AIDS and the effect that this disease is having in communities all over the world.

Human immunodeficiency virus / acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (HIV/AIDS) is a disease of the human immune system. Victims are much more likely to get infections, including opportunistic infections, and tumors that do not usually affect people who have working immune systems.

Global Solutions Pittsburgh envisions a future in which nations work together to abolish war, protect our rights and freedoms, and solve problems facing humanity that no nation can solve alone. For more information, call (412) 471-7852.
