The Pittsburgh AIDS Task Force (PATF), is dedicated to supporting and empowering all individuals living with HIV/AIDS and preventing the spread of infection. The award is named in honor of Kerry Stoner (1954-1993) who was a community activist and co-founder of the PATF.
