This two-week program for Lent explores taking forgiveness from a nice concept to a way of life that reflects how distinctly different Christians are to be from the world we live in.
Lent is an observance in the liturgical year for most Christians to use prayer and repentance in the period leading up to Easter and the celebration of Christ's Resurrection.
will be based on the writings of Methodist Pastor Adam Hamilton in his book "Forgiveness: Finding Peace Through Letting Go" and theologian Joretta L. Marshall's "How Can I Forgive."
The final session will be on February 27. For more information, call Debbie Bates (412) 835-6621.
