The Office Of Public Art is hosting an artist information session for artists interested in applying for the Westmoreland Museum Of American Art's Bridging The Gap project.
Founded in 2005, The Office Of Public Art is a public private partnership between the Greater Pittsburgh Arts Council and the City Of Pittsburgh o provide technical assistance and educational programs about public art in the Pittsburgh region.
Bridging The Gap is a program to enhance the experience for cars and pedestrians crossing two bridges that connect the cultural district and downtown business district of Greensburg to the museum.
The purpose of the meeting is to give the potential applicants the opportunity to discuss the project, discuss the application project and ask questions. Applicants are not required to attend the session. For more information, call (412) 391-2060 ext 233.
