Gather outside Bruster's for some eggciting holiday fun.
The area will be divided according to age groups and each child will be given a set amount of eggs to hunt for, so that everyone gets an equal share of the fun. There will also be coloring, chalk drawing and games. Scoops, the Bruster's mascot, will be present for pictures and raffles will be held with Bruster's gift baskets as prizes.
Proceeds benefit the United Mitochondrial Disease Foundation (UMDF), which offers support to all sufferers of mitochondrial diseases --- a group of disorders caused by dysfunctional mitochondria, the organelles that convert food to energy to power the human body.
