Follow your heart at this exciting fundraiser through beautiful North Park to help people with Glut1 DS.
Glut1 DS, also called Glucose Transporter Type 1 Deficiency Syndrome, is a rare brain disease that less than 200 children in the world are afflicted with. One of those children, Remi Sophia Savioz, resides here in Pittsburgh. The Remi Savioz Glut1 Foundation is the only foundation in the world that raises money for the much needed research, education and awareness of Glut1 DS.
Post-race activities include awards, a costume contest, refreshments and plenty of other fun. For more information, call (724) 272-8797.
