Inspired by TV's "American Idol," amateur singers and dancers from across the region are welcome to perform. Today is round two of the youth preliminaries.

Debuting in 2002, "American Idol" is a reality television competition to find new solo singing talent. The program aims to discover the best singer in the country where the winner is determined by the viewers.
