Tonight, the collective celebrates New Year with shape-shifting Pittsburgh quintet Harlan Twins blending backwoods folk-rock with lo-fi indie-rock. Also appearing Pittsburgh Track Authority, which smoothly integrating classic Detroit-style techno, deep house, electro and disco into a sound that references the past without getting stuck in the cul-de-sac of any one time, place or genre.
