This class is designed to bring balance to the Chakras (the 7 main energy centers of the body) through the use of traditional Hatha yoga poses and specific sets of Kundalini exercises (known as Kriyas), mantras and meditations to target and open each chakra.
The Chakras act as the main distribution centers for the pranic or vital energy of the body. If they are partially or fully closed, we experience aches, pains, stress and illness.
