This brilliantly imaginative 2011 film is the engrossing and heartwarming tale of a boy who lives alone in a Paris railway station in the early 1930s. There, he falls in love with early silent movies and follows his family tradition as a clockmaker while trying to repair a self-operating machine that may contain a message from his late father.
The film won five Academy Awards including one for Best Cinematography.
