Learn how to create your own lemoncello --- an Italian lemon liqueur originating near the town of Amalfi.

The class will be using Pennsylvania's own Boyd & Blair vodka made from local potatoes. Please bring a 1 quart glass container with a lid (mason jars are perfect) and we will send you home with the beginnings of the national drink of Italy.
