People with mild to moderate arthritis are welcome to this class using Tai Chi to improve pain, stiffness, flexibility and muscle strength.
Tai Chi and Qigong are slow meditative movements based on the Chinese understanding of energetics or Qi. Through mindful breathing and movement one can restore, maintain and protect one’s health.
