People age 65 and older are welcome to the zoo for day of healthy activities including zoo walks, karaoke and a healthy cooking demonstration.
Begun in 1993, National Senior Health & Fitness Day is the nation's largest health promotion event for older adults.

Gather at the park's iconic fountain as interfaith, religious organizations welcome members and supporters of Pittsburgh's lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender community for a special prayer service.
