Children and their families will come together for this fun and playful art experience that utilizes everyday objects to create a communal work of art.
With guidance from teaching artists, participants will apply paint to paper using toys, balls, and other things that move to create a collaborative 25-foot long art piece that explores motion and movement.

WQED-TV's respected journalist and on-air personality Chris Moore is among the instructors for this workshop on the fundamentals of modern journalism.
The program is named in honor of Frank Bolden (1913-2003), a groundbreaking African-American reporter for the Pittsburgh Courier newspaper. Bolden covered stories as diverse as Pittsburgh's nightlife to the battlefields of World War II.
High school juniors and seniors produce projects in print, online, photographic, radio and television journalism. The weeklong program is designed to encourage local, African-American students to pursue careers in journalism, but students of any ethnicity or geographic location are welcome to apply.
