It's expected to be announced at an afternoon press conference today that Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band will be the first concert at PNC Park. The Boss's last performance here was in December at Mellon Arena (in what seems to be a tour of venues named for banks).

He'll be in Europe through the end of June, so Springsteen fans should get all their vacationing out of the way while he's abroad.
